About Edoardo
My name is Edoardo De Santis, from Alba Adriatica, Italy.

I am a very passionate teacher specialising in teaching Italian as a foreign language.

Currently (and happily), I teach Italian as a Second Language at the University Politecnico di Milano. In addition, I conduct research on improving the learning of Italian by students with linguistic and socioeconomic disadvantages with a scholarship from Ca' Foscari University.

In January 2022 I started studying a Master's Degree in Inclusive and Accessible Language Education at Università Ca' Foscari in Venice. In 2020 I graduated with distinction in Language Sciences and in 2018 I earned a Master in Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language.
I have been teaching this fabulous language for over seven years and I had the chance to work in several Colleges and Academies in London like King's College, Mill Hill School, Capital City Academy, the Italian Cultural Institute and absolutely love it! Each student is unique and I work with them to understand their individual needs; this leads to better academic results, but also to increased confidence and greater enjoyment of the subject.

I always provide original and interesting activities based on auditory and visual sensory such as recordings, songs, videos and films.
